University of California, San Diego partnered with FHCSD to launch Niñas Saludables, an individually tailored physical activity intervention for Latina adolescents. The primary aim of this study is to test the efficacy of a theory-based, individually tailored, multi-technology intervention to increase physical activity in Latina adolescents, compared with a control group receiving only a physical activity tracker (Fitbit), over 1 year.
