Optimizing Virtual Care (OVC)

A HRSA-funded program that serves patients through education and deployment of high-end technologies to improve chronic disease management. This is made possible thanks to the digital integration of third-party devices linked to patients’ electronic health records, high-touch and high-tech home visits with a virtual encounter and close monitoring by digital health specialists.
