The National Institutes of Health Community Engagement Alliance has funded San Diego State University Research Foundation in collaboration with FHCSD to implement a Patient Navigation intervention for patients with Long COVID and other post-infectious fatiguing illnesses. The goal of this project is to determine psychosocial needs of patients and connect them with the proper resources to help improve their quality of life. The study will also gather qualitative feedback from patients and assess the effectiveness of the PN intervention.
