Family Health Centers of San Diego, in collaboration with the ECHO Institute and the University of Washington, will continue to offer CDC-funded, monthly webinar-style learning sessions. These learning sessions will support the rapid dissemination of the latest findings and emerging best practices on Post-COVID Conditions (PCC) and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). In addition to monthly webinars, there will be an opportunity to enroll in a monthly case-based virtual community of practice Long COVID & Fatiguing Illness Recovery Program ECHO tele-mentoring program. The teleECHO sessions will involve two cohorts: one meeting on the 1st Thursday of the month and the other on the 3rd Thursday. Each session will include a brief didactic presentation by a subject matter expert (SME), followed by a 10-minute Q&A, and will conclude with a 30-minute case presentation from a participant and discussion. These peer-to-peer learning sessions are designed primarily for healthcare providers caring for patients with Long COVID/Post COVID Conditions and ME/CFS, while the monthly webinar is open to all healthcare professionals and patient advocates interested in LC/PCC and ME/CFS treatment.
